Croquant cake with cezerye (a kind of Turkish delight)

Ingredients :

3 eggs, a water glass of sugar,
a water glass of milk,
half tea-glass of oil,
1 pack of baking powder,
1 pack of vanilla,
3 water glass of grated lemon peel

Ingredients for sauce:

125 gram margarine,
1.5 water glass of milk,
4 tablespoon of cocoa,
1 water glass of sugar

Pour the standard ingredients for cake into a rectangular baking tray, and bake the mixture at 180°C. A tray makes 24 pieces. Cut the cake into square pieces; then, to make triangles, cut these squares into 2 from one edge to another. Melt the margarine in a saucepan to prepare sauce. Add milk, cocoa and sugar; then take the saucepan off the stove, before the mixture warms up overmuch. Put the cakes into the sauce, and wait for almost half an hour; then cover the cakes with coconut, and the dessert is ready to serve.
